ODTUG Kscope22 Ambassador Program

Have you ever wanted to do more than just “attend” ODTUG Kscope, but you’re not sure how? The ODTUG Kscope Ambassador Program is looking for you. As an ambassador you can be part of the conference and play a key role which really makes a difference.

Are you thinking of being a speaker at ODTUG Kscope? The Ambassador Program is an effective way for attendees to meet some of the best speakers in the world while sharpening their speaking skills. Best of all, it’s easy! You’re already attending the sessions, so why not take an opportunity to join the team and up your conference experience? I tried this a couple of years ago and couldn’t get enough. It’s fun, and I’ve been back as an ambassador every year since.

The Duties Are Simple

Arrive a few minutes early, meet/introduce yourself to the speaker, hand out evaluation forms to everyone attending, and encourage them to complete and return them to you at the end of the session.

After the session, put the completed forms in the session envelope, write your name on the ambassador line, and return the envelope to the Registration Desk. Each time you return the evaluations to the Registration Desk, you will receive an awesome pin to wear and you’ll be entered to win a FREE pass to ODTUG Kscope23!

Here’s How It Works

Each ambassador session completion equals one entry into the drawing for the conference pass. The drawing will be held on the last day of the conference, but you do not have to be present to win.

We will have a special (and quick) Ambassador Welcome Session on site on Sunday, June 19 at 5:00 p.m. in Texas 5 where we will answer all your questions about how the program works. If you can’t attend the Ambassador Welcome Session, don’t worry, you can pick up the information you need at the Registration Desk located in the Long Horn Exhibit Hall F Prefunction space.

Interested in being an ambassador? Sign up now! (You must have a full conference registration to participate) You’ll also be able to sign up for the individual sessions on site near the Registration Desk; look for the big session posters and put your name below any unclaimed session you’d like!

If you have any questions, please reach out to veronica@odtug.com. We look forward to seeing you at the Ambassador Welcome Session.

Regards,

ODTUG Kscope22 Conference Committee
