Database Development Track Shines at Kscope15

For some reason, I have the beach volleyball scene from Top Gun stuck in my head. I blame Kscope15 and dreams of warm, sandy nights. But I digress. The Database Development track this year is looking outstanding. I’m personally looking forward to talks on Row Pattern Matching, Edition-Based Redefinition, OATH2 in ORDS, Analytic Functions, and Data Warehouse Design. And NONE of those sessions are coming from Oracle Corporation employees. Don’t worry – we’ll have plenty of those. We love to come to Kscope, and we come prepared to blow you away with the best technical content. Be sure to get there Saturday so you can soak in our Sunday Symposium. It’s a great opportunity to get to know your fellow conference attendees and meet folks such as Maria Colgan, Bryn Llewellyn, and Steven Feuerstein before the crowds get rowdy.

One last thing: If your boss is a little shady on the idea of you attending for training, reassure him or her that you’ll have plenty of Hands-On Training Labs that will allow you to get your hands dirty. Our Development Tools team will have five from which you can choose. It’s a great way to try out the software and techniques while the talks are fresh in your mind. And the best part is the software and lesson plans are available for you to download and take home or back to work with you.

Now where did I put those Aviator sunglasses…
