Congratulations to Grace Peng, technical specialist at the Los Angeles Unified School District, for being our 2019 Women in Technology Scholar! Grace has over 18 years of Oracle BI experience working with and leading large teams in a collaborative environment. She has an engineering background and is an advocate for gender equality and sustainable development across different issues and industries throughout the world. Grace is looking forward to sharing her experiences, expertise, and lessons learned with her peers.

ODTUG Cross-Community Initiatives Outreach
A strong sense of community is a big part of what makes ODTUG such a vibrant and lasting organization. Because ODTUG is run mostly by volunteers, its members truly understand the value of giving back. At ODTUG Kscope19 we are looking to spotlight cross-community initiatives by ODTUG members from the Database, APEX, Analytics, and EPM communities who have volunteered their technical skills in a collaborative effort to drive positive change in the world. Read about two cross-community projects from the past year. Hurricane Florence NCDOT Road Closure, Gas Station Navigation App and for all a beautiful earth (fab.earth). If you have teamed up with members of the ODTUG community on a project that spans more than two Oracle technologies, we want to hear about it!

CPE Credits Are Now Available from ODTUG Webinars
ODTUG was recently approved by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy to issue CPE credits to qualified attendees. All CPE specified webinars are eligible for (1) CPE credit. To receive the credit, attendees must be a full (paid) ODTUG member, indicate on the registration form that they wish to receive CPE credit for their attendance, attend the entire webinar, answer all poll questions that show up on screen during the webinar, and fill out the evaluation form sent out at the end of the webinar.

Now Accepting Nominations for the Fourth Annual ODTUG Innovation Award
ODTUG is excited to announce the fourth annual ODTUG Innovation Award.
