Oracle Ace Steven Davelaar is a member of the Oracle Mobile A-Team. Steven has 20+ years experience with custom development in an Oracle environment. Steven is an expert on Oracle’s Mobile Application Framework (MAF) and Oracle ADF, working with both products since their first release. He is the creator of productivity tools like Oracle JHeadstart for ADF, the ADF EMG Task Flow Tester and the A-Team mobile persistence accelerator.

ACE Director Lonneke Dikmans – eProseed

Lonneke Dikmans is managing partner at eProseed NL and works as an architect, both on projects and as an enterprise architect. Lonneke is an Oracle Ace Director in Oracle Fusion Middleware and a BPMN certified professional. Oracle Magazine awarded her the title of Oracle Fusion Middleware developer of the year in 2007. She publishes frequently online and shares her knowledge at conferences and other community events.

ACE Director Roel Hartman – APEX Consulting

Roel Hartman is a very experienced Oracle Software Architect. He started about 20 years ago using Oracle RDBMS 5, Oracle Forms 2.3, RPT/RPF, and Oracle*Case 4.5. Since a few years ago, he focuses mainly on Oracle Application Express.

Roel has been a speaker at UKOUG, OOW, Collaborate, Kscope, and a number of local Oracle users groups. He is an active participant of the Oracle APEX Forum and keeps an (APEX-related) blog at roelhartman.blogspot.com. In June 2009, Roel received an Oracle ACE award, and in August 2010 he was appointed as Oracle ACE Director. Roel is a co-writer of Expert Oracle Application Express and the main author of Oracle Application Express for Mobile Web Applications. He is director at APEX Consulting in the Netherlands and member of the SMART4apex guild.

ACE Director  Mark Rittman – Rittman Mead

Mark Rittman is an Oracle ACE Director as well as a Technical Director for Rittman Mead, an Oracle Gold Partner specializing in BI, DW, and EPM solutions. Mark has worked with Oracle's BI and DW technologies for 10-plus years and writes regularly for Oracle Magazine, the ODTUG Technical Journal, and the Rittman Mead blog (www.rittmanmead.com/blog). He is also the author of the Oracle Business Intelligence Developers Guide and in the past has been an Executive Director for the ODTUG Board.

Francesco Tisiot – Rittman Mead

Francesco Tisiot is a DW/BI principal consultant at Rittman Mead and an OBIEE enthusiast. An analyst, architect, and developer, he has built expertise with Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. He also delivers Oracle Business Intelligence training for Rittman Mead.

Francesco is involved in the OBIEE community by providing support on Oracle Technology Network forums, blogging on the Rittman Mead website, speaking at various conferences - including the BIWA summit, OUG Scotland, and OUG Ireland - and being part of the beta program for the OBI Cloud release.

His fields of expertise include Dimensional Modeling, ETL, and Business Intelligence using ODI, OBIEE, and PL/SQL technologies.

ACE Director Mia Urman – AuraPlayer

Mia Urman is an Oracle ACE and a world-class expert in Oracle Forms and ADF with over fourteen years of experience presenting, supporting, training, and consulting Oracle products. In her seven years at Oracle Israel, Mia was both a senior support analyst and product manager of Oracle Developer Suite, JDeveloper, and IAS technologies, as well as the lead trainer and presale consultant for Oracle on the topics of Oracle Forms and ADF. She is the founder of Qesem Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that boasts an elite list of enterprise clients in the telecom, government, defense, and finance industries. Her high-profile client list includes MasterCard, the Bank of Israel, the Ministry of Agriculture, IBM, the Israeli Ports Authority, Discount Bank, Nice, and Motorola.

While providing support, architecture design, and project development services to Qesem Consulting customers, Mia became intimately familiar with some of the leading challenges facing Oracle Forms/ERP clients, and co-founded AuraPlayer (formerly OraPlayer), a development house providing solutions in the mobile, SOA, integration, auditing, and monitoring fields. AuraPlayer creates web services from Oracle Forms business logic that can be exposed and run from mobile, cloud computing, or SOA systems. She currently serves as AuraPlayer's CEO.

Mia is a seasoned presenter on Oracle technologies and has presented at various conferences including Oracle OpenWorld, Kscope, UKOUG, and IOUG Collaborate. She has been a keynote speaker at many local Oracle Technology Network Developer Day events as well as full-day training sessions for IOUG and Oracle Week. She is also the chair of the Israeli OUG for Oracle Forms and Reports.

John Waghorne – Oracle Corporation

John Waghorne is a Principal Product Manager working in the area of Identity and Access Management in the EMEA Fusion Middleware Product Management Team at Oracle Corporation.

Within this Outbound Product Management role at Oracle, John provides technical assistance and product specialisation for all of Oracle's Identity and Access Management offerings within the Fusion Middleware Suite. Responsible for working closely with the sales, pre-sales, consulting teams, customers and partners to ensure that strategy, roadmap and future direction of the Oracle IAM product suite is articulated correctly to the marketplace. Continuing to drive the success of Oracle IAM adoptions through enablement programs and providing strategic field based feedback to HQ.
