Joseph Coniker, national Practice Leader and Partner responsible for MarketSphere’s Business Intelligence
solutions that link ERP and EPM technologies and processes will discuss how organizations must continuously find ways to differentiate their services and products, reduce costs, and create new revenue streams to meet increasing customer demands.

In fact, today it’s all about the customer. Customer-centricity, across any industry, from B2C and B2B, is critical to achieving high performance. However, customer-centricity is also expanding. The traditional client no longer exists. The advent of widespread, application based business intelligence (BI) has coincided with the acceleration of self-service information consumption. Customer expectations are advancing. Point, click and type interactivity is giving way to pinch, tap, and drill1. Thinking like your customer can be a challenge. Delivering a differentiated service or product that is better than your nearest competitor, that also reduces costs, is even harder.

This session will also illustrate how data integration and modeling practices can and should be implemented in order meet current and future demands, as well as how security and/or firewall should be architected to meet extensive government and external security requirements.
