Transportation

From the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Airport



Take the north exit out of the airport towards highways 635/121. Travel north on 121 to the Bass Pro exit. Turn left onto Bass Pro Drive. Continue straight past the Embassy Suites on the right and at the traffic light turn left onto Highway 26 West. Proceed through the traffic light at Fairway Drive and turn right into the hotel entrance on Gaylord Trail.

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) rail service at DFW is a great way to visit many Dallas sights, landmarks and more – all without a car.

The TEXRail is a great way to visit Downtown Fort Worth and surrounding landmarks and more – all without a car. Arrives and departs at the TEXRail station at Terminal B.

The Trinity Railway Express (TRE) light rail service offers additional service from Dallas to Fort Worth and stops in between so you can visit and see even more of the Metroplex.

Shuttle service will includes a modified route originating at Grapevine Main Station (TEXRail platform), located at 815 S. Main Street, in Historic Downtown Grapevine.  The modified route is as follows:

  • Grapevine Main Station Route will run a continuous loop, focusing on the Highway 26 eastbound corridor, with service to Gaylord Texan, Great Wolf Lodge, Grapevine Mills, a consolidated stop servicing Hilton DFW Lakes, Homewood Suites, Hyatt Place, Springhill Suites and a consolidated stop at Bass Pro Shop outside the Uncle Buck’s entrance servicing Embassy Suites, Residence Inn, Courtyard/Towneplace Suites and Hilton Garden Inn from SilverLake Crossings development (then returning to Historic Downtown Grapevine’s Grapevine Main Station (TEXRail platform).

Vetro (Italian for “glass”) is a nationally-recognized, active glassblowing studio, and Fine Art Gallery. We are located in Grapevine, Texas, essentially located in DFW Metroplex.  Vetro offers an extensive variety of professionally crafted glass art, ranging from hand-made sculptures to small glass art gifts. Grapevine Night Watchman Ghost Tour presented by Grape Vine Springs Winery. Tours are held most Friday and Saturday nights. Who robbed the bank on Main in 1932? Which winery is haunted? You will hear the stories of history and haunting throughout the year! The tour is a 90-minute walking tour through Grapevine. The tour begins at Grape Vine Springs Winery (409 S. Main. St.) and your ticket includes a glass of wine upon your return to the winery after the tour.
