Health and Safety Information

ODTUG is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our participants at ODTUG Kscope22. We are closely monitoring federal, state, and local guidelines and will continue to update this page as new information becomes available.

Mask Policy

Masks are optional at ODTUG Kscope22. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott lifted the state's mask mandate in March. His new directive says Texans are "strongly encouraged" to wear masks in public.

Please be generous in respecting every attendee’s personal choice.

Breakfast and Lunch

Portable breakfasts and lunches will be available for those who prefer not to eat in the dining room. In addition, we are scheduling staggered lunches to limit the number of people in the dining room.

Contactless Check-in

Checking in will be a breeze. We’re proud to offer contactless name badge printing and check-in as well as hand sanitizer stations.

Tell us how you really feel!

Look for color-coded name badge stickers in the registration area to help people know your personal preferences.

Red = Greet From 6 Feet | Yellow = Elbows Only | Green = Handshakes and Hi-fives
